Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

  • 15-day return window: Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Condition requirements: Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Intimates (underwear, bras, etc.) unless they are defective or incorrect items were shipped.

How to Return an Item

Refund Information
