Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order number is required
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Intimates (underwear, bras, etc.) unless they are defective or incorrect items were shipped.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your request using our Return Request Template below
- Our customer service team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 2 business days
- Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging with all tags still attached
- Ship your return to the address provided with your RAN clearly marked on the outside of the package
- Once received, we’ll process your return or exchange within 3-5 business days

Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of wrong or defective items)
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the returned item is received
- PayPal and credit card refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
International Returns
For international customers (outside the U.S.):
- All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- We cannot refund any original customs duties or import taxes
